Ms. Blake A. Warren Principal & Lead Pre-K, Kindergarten, and 1st Grade Teacher Miss Blake graduated from New Palestine High School in 2008, and went on to receive a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education (K-6) with a concentration in mathematics from Ball State University in 2012. She worked as a private tutor for two years, and taught swimming lessons in New Palestine since 2008. Blake also has experience working in a Montessori setting, and has tutored children at a Sylvan Learning Center. Her goal is to reach out to children and provide them with the essential early stepping stones to a successful educational experience.
Miss Loren P. Schaefer Office Manager & Teacher's Assistant Miss Loren graduated from New Palestine High School in 2010 and went on to receive a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Management from Ball State University in 2014. She enjoys being the office manager at Little Learners, and exercises her creative side by painting the characters that cover the walls of the school and teaches the art specialty class each week.
Miss Kylee A. Hocker Lead Preschool Teacher Miss Kylee graduated from Mt. Vernon High School in 2008 and then went on to Ball State University where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education (K-6) in 2012. For two years she was a substitute teacher for the Hamilton Southeastern School District as well as Mt. Vernon School district. She loves being the lead preschool teacher and watching the children as they grow.
Ms. Michelle Martin Assistant Preschool Teacher Ms. Michelle lives in New Palestine, and has four grown children, and multiple grandchildren. She has worked in the Spencer Owen School Corporation for 10 years as a substitute and assistant teacher. She loves working with children and enjoys seeing them progress and learn each day.
Ms. Amanda Brown Assistant Pre-K Teacher Ms. Amanda resides in New Palestine with her husband and daughter. She graduated from Brownsburg High School in 2004. She then went on to work in administration for 13 years before deciding to pursue her teaching career. She has a big heart for children and enjoys seeing them so excited to learn.
Ms. Julie Rogers Substitute Teacher Ms. Julie has lived in New Palestine for over 25 years. She worked at New Palestine Elementary for 3 years and at Sugar Creek Elementary for 8 years as a Para-professional. Julie has a heart for people, especially children. She likes being the extra voice, ears, and hands to help children be the best they can be each day.
